Terms & Conditions

How we handle tickets, baggage, refunds and your trip with Smile Bus.

By purchasing a travel ticket from Smile Bus LLC ("Smile Bus", "we", "us"), the passenger ("you") expressly and knowingly accepts and agrees to be bound by the following general terms and conditions.

To board, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID and your digital ticket, and respect the dates, times, and locations of boarding and disembarking shown on the ticket.

1. The Travel Ticket

1.1 Passenger responsibility

Upon issuing the ticket, you are responsible for verifying that all information (passenger name, origin, destination, date, time) is correct and matches your request. By completing your purchase, you accept these general terms and conditions.

1.2 Personal nature of the ticket

The ticket is personal and non-transferable. It is the only valid proof of travel on the printed date and time. The name on the ticket must match the photo ID presented at boarding.

If you lose your ticket, you may request a duplicate. You will be responsible for the administrative cost of issuing the new ticket.

1.4 Changes and rescheduling

  • Changes are permitted up to one (1) day before the scheduled travel date.
  • Smile Bus LLC grants a maximum of thirty (30) days from the original travel date to reschedule your trip.
  • If the ticket is not used on the new date, it will be cancelled.
  • Maximum of two (2) changes per ticket.

1.5 Refunds

No refunds or money returns are permitted. Only rescheduling is allowed, subject to the conditions in Section 1.4. See our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

Tickets presented by anyone other than the named ticket holder will be cancelled and confiscated, with no refund or credit.
