The following Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of Promotional Rates, Flash Sale Tickets, and Advance Purchase Discounts offered by Smile Bus LLC ("Smile Bus") on its official website (www.smilebususa.com). By purchasing a promotional ticket, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Promotional Rate Structure & Tiered Pricing
Promotional rates are subject to strict capacity controls and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Fares are tiered per departure as follows:
- Ultra Low-Fare Tier ($0.99 / $1.99): Extremely limited promotional tickets starting at $0.99 (short/mid-distance routes) or $1.99 (long-distance routes to/from Houston-Dallas/Fort Worth). Allocated to the first 8 tickets sold on select schedules.
- Mid-Tier Promotional Fares: Subsequent discounted tiers ($4.99–$28.99 range) allocated in blocks of 8 tickets per price point.
- Advance Purchase Discounts (30% OFF & 15% OFF): Tiered percentage discounts applied to blocks of 8 tickets per departure for passengers booking in advance prior to travel.
General Terms & Limitations
- Seat Capacity Limits: Every promotional price point is strictly capped at eight (8) seats per departure schedule. Once a block of 8 promotional tickets sells out, the system automatically advances to the next available fare tier up to the standard Regular Rate.
- Non-Combinable: Promotional and flash sale rates cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, special discounts, or third-party promotions.
- Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: Tickets purchased under any promotional rate tier ($0.99, $1.99, $4.99+, 30% OFF, or 15% OFF) are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable to other passengers, times, or travel dates.
- Exclusive Online Booking: Promotional rates are valid exclusively for online purchases made directly through www.smilebususa.com.
- Taxes & Applicable Fees: All promotional rates are quoted before applicable local taxes or government fees, if any.
- No Cash Value: Promotional tickets have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for store credit, refunds, or cash equivalents.
- Modifications: Smile Bus LLC reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or modify promotional fare structures, tier allocations, or terms at any time without prior notice. Existing confirmed bookings will not be impacted by subsequent rate adjustments.
